The Linn County Chapter of the United Nations Association of the USA (UNA-USA) meets regularly to consider the issues affecting people worldwide. We believe that knowledge and understanding is the first step toward finding peaceful solutions. 

Our goal is to educate the public regarding the work of the United Nations and its affiliated agencies – the world’s best hope for improving the human condition. 

Membership provides an opportunity for a strong advocacy program to write guest editorials and send letters to the editor, building public support for constructive U.S. leadership and a more effective United Nations.
